Patients may access their medical record via the Patient Access app. Once registered, the app allows patients to view their up-to-date record without the need to contact the Practice.
The Patient Access app also enables patients to securely share their record when necessary (i.e. to a healthcare professional or solicitor).
Alternatively, patients/patient’s representatives/a third party may email [email protected] in relation to Subject Access Requests. Any Subject Access Request will be dealt with in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
