ACCESSING THE NHS COVID-19 PASS

To demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination status, patients can access the free NHS COVID Pass online, via the NHS App or by phone (calling 119) The pass is also available in other formats including audio, big print and Braille. Please do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status  For full details click here
