St Johns Medical Centre

Participation Patient Group (& Virtual Patient Group)

St Johns now has a virtual patient group, through which we can gauge patients’ views on our services & future practice developments. We are looking for feedback from as wide a range of our patient populace as possible, via completion of short on-line surveys.

If you would like to consider being part of the group & are happy for us to contact you from time to time by email please provide your details below and send the completed form to us on-line. Alternatively if you would prefer a printed version please download our Virtual Patient Group Form (PDF) here

UPDATE FOR THE GROUP – December 2015;

As you maybe aware, Doctor Scott Pearson has left the practice to go onto other things.

We have two Salaried GP’s who will be joining the practice in the New Year, Dr Judah Eastwell, joining on 1.1.16 and Dr Lorna McCune, joining on 1.2.16.

NWAS – NHS111 are now the new providers of the Out of Hours Service for the practice with effect from 10.11.2015.  Should you require urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed, please ring 111.

Please find details of a local conversation, “Healthier Together”, which outlines Trafford’s and Greater Manchester’s vision for the future of health and social care services.  We would love to get patient feedback regarding this and therefore ask our Virtual Patient Group as well as other patients to participate.  Please see below for details and feedback forms –
